You will receive the official COC certificate, which allows you to register the scooter for road use.
In Germany, all you need in addition is the insurance license plate from your insurer.
We have insurance plates available on-site at pickup, so you can collect your vehicle fully registered and insured.

45 km/h Version – License Requirements

To operate this version, a Class AM, Class B, or old Class 3 or Class 4 driver’s license is sufficient.

Class AM (available from age 15 in Germany) permits driving:

• Mopeds with up to 50cc displacement (gas-powered)

• Electric vehicles with a maximum continuous power of 4 kW and a top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h)

• The minimum age for Class AM has been lowered to 15 years in Germany, but until the age of 16, it is only valid within Germany – international travel is not permitted.

• Three-wheeled mopeds (e.g., mini trikes)

Pickup or Delivery – Your Choice!

Option 1: Delivery (Fully Assembled)
We deliver fully assembled vehicles – no need to install handlebars, wheels, body panels, or batteries.
We perform a full inspection before shipping, which includes complete assembly, brake adjustment, electrical system check, and a short test drive.
Upon delivery, you only need to attach the mirrors.

Option 2: Pickup in Person
Arrange a pickup appointment by phone and pay on-site when you collect the vehicle.
Pickup arrangements must be made within 8 days of purchase.

Special Depreciation – 75% in Year 1 (Germany)

The German federal government has introduced new incentives to promote investment and electric mobility.
Part of this “Investment Booster” is a special depreciation rule for electric vehicles purchased by businesses.

For purchases made between June 30, 2025, and January 1, 2028, companies can claim:

• 75% depreciation in the first year

• 10% in the following year

• 5% in the second and third subsequent years

• 3% in the fourth year

• 2% in the fifth year
